Whole Pig Pricing
All weights above are the Hanging Weight of the pig, which is the weight of the animal after it is slaughtered and cleaned.
The majority of this weight is great tasting pork, with the exception of the bones and trim, which will depend on the size of the animal.

Suggested Serving Sizes
Please Note: All roaster pigs are stored and delivered frozen, unless otherwise requested. Generally a roaster pig will require 36 hour to defrost, but larger ones can take up to 48 hours. If you would like us to defrost your roaster for you, we can do so for an additional $30 service fee.
